The protection of your personal data is very important to us. We therefore process your data exclusively on the basis of the statutory provisions (GDPR, TKG 2003). In this data protection information, we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing on our website.
Contact us
If you contact us using the form on the website or by email, the data you provide will be stored by us for six months in order to process the request and in the event of follow-up questions. We do not pass on this data without your consent.
Data storage
The data processing takes place on the basis of the legal provisions of § 96 Abs 3 TKG as well as Art 6 Abs 1 lit a (consent) and / or lit b (necessary to fulfill the contract) of the GDPR. We process and store data for tax reasons for accounting and payroll accounting purposes. We use the following contract data processors: accounting, tax consultancy, payroll accounting, cloud services (Austrian accounting software), IT service providers (hosting, programming) In the event of a contract being concluded, all data from the contractual relationship will be stored until the expiry of the tax retention period (7 years).
Cookies
Our website uses so-called cookies. These are small text files that are stored on your device with the help of the browser. They do no harm. We use cookies to make our offer user-friendly. Some cookies remain stored on your device until you delete them. They enable us to recognize your browser the next time you visit. The processing of personal data in the context of research contracts and studies is exclusively bound to the purposes of the survey. The collection and processing is based on a suitable scientific and methodical approach. We do not make statements about individuals, but about the behavior or opinion of social groups. We process the data anonymously, personal data will not be passed on to the client unless you have given your explicit consent. All data will be pseudonymized as soon as possible.

Employees & contract partners
The employees of Koloo Projects are subject to the confidentiality obligations of the Data Protection Act. All contractual partners are required to comply with these. Your rights In principle, you have the right to information, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, revocation and objection. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or your data protection claims have been violated in any other way, you can complain to the supervisory authority. In Austria this is the data protection authority.
